About the Parade of Homes
For more than 35 years, the Lancaster Parade of Homes has been the signature showcase of BIA member builders and remodelers. This free, seven-day event invites the public to explore some of the region’s finest residential construction projects, featuring a wide variety of new homes, remodeled spaces, and innovative design ideas. Tours are available both in person and virtually, providing a unique opportunity to explore creative design ideas, quality craftsmanship, and innovative building solutions.
Homes are judged on-site by a group of industry professionals. The Parade of Homes Gala, held at the Lancaster Country Club, is our prestigious awards ceremony, where we announce the big winners in all categories, including the coveted Fulton Bank Awards!

June 13-14 and June 17-21, 2026
All Parade homes will be closed on Monday the 15th and Tuesday the 16th in an effort to help with staffing issues.
